Where does James Toney rank ATG after last night?

How exactly does a bare knuckled champion break his hand on a soft marmalade replica like Toney? Is that an example of irony?

 

Maybe Toney's stomach has created a mind of it's own and enveloped his hand causing it to break?

Toney became an ATG the night of the first McCallum fight.

 

Even though you're trolling with this thread, here's my thoughts on Toney's standing in the sport.

Toney is HOF at best, he's NOT an all-time great. An all-time doesn't lower his standards because he can't stay in shape and go tap-out in trash like UFC. That's when Toney single-handedly, in my personal view, **** on his image within the sport that made him.

In terms of accomplishments there's not much to brag about if you want to compare him with other all-time greats. His biggest wins are McCallum(Who RJJ beat before Toney got to), Barkley(best win is Hearns, every other meaningful fight he lost), Nunn and Jirov. Yet this fat bowling ball buffet king has the nerve to claim RJJ fought nobodies. Three weight division champion(actually lost to Tiberi) and cheater at heavyweight.

Surely a lot of fans would dislike my views on Toney because he did great making them laugh by talking jibberish nonsense on the mic, but sadly mic "skills"(even though he's terrible there too) mean nothing.

 

Who cares where the suits rank him... Bottom line is "Light's Out" is defo an ATG.
