Man imagine all the mental breakdowns that would happen in a fight between Green and Taylor.

Jermain needs to get a trainer first because Ozell is not a real professional trainer he's just a local Little Rock guy who owned a boxing gym and pretty muched helped raise Jermain. Then he needs maybe two fights against lesser opponents then rematch Froch and knock his ass out, because no matter what any of you say, Jermain is a better fighter than Froch and I guarantee he would beat Froch in a rematch.

He already tried that with Steward and got knocked out eventually.

Steward clearly wasn't right for him, they just didn't have any chemistry

To be fair though from what I've seen from him, he just strikes me as the sort of guy who wants a guy who'll pat him on the back and rub his shoulders about how great of a job he's doing and not a real trainer whose gonna get after him if he starts slipping.

If Bute Froch fight happens , he will be the WBC Champion. WBC may strip the winner of that fight. And after that probably another uinification bout betwen Taylor(WBC) and Bute(IBF) .

Hopefully to retirement. It's obvious to anyone who knows boxing that his best days are behind him. He has no confidence and his punch resistence is gone.

I like Jermain and hope he decides to fight on.There is no shame in the losse's he suffered to Pavlik and Froch.Styles make and break fighters,Jermain obviously thought Froch and Pavlik would crumble before he ran out of gas,but we now know otherwise.I think Jermain still has plenty of options, and is capable of beating lots of top fighters at 168 and maybe even 160 if he still has the ability to make the weight.

I seriously dont know whats in store for Taylor...He still has some fight in him but how hard will he trian for it...If I had to chose one a side...I would let him fight a tune-up to gain his confidence back and then back into the the title hunt..If he fails yet again...Then he should consider retirement.

He can be Allan Green's stepping stone.
