There's a lot of significant KO's to sort through in history but considering Pac's P4P and ATG status at the time, pretty high.

It ranks high but JMM clearly being on roids devalues from it.

 

When you combine the actual punch and the devasating cold KO that followed combined with the stature of the fight the fact that it was fight number 4 and the fact it was a great fight to watch its right up there as toss up with Foreman - Ali KO. the former being more brutal the latter being more famous

 

Surely tho cancelled out with Pac tho ..... yeah they were both clean as a whistle atsch

 

This. Top 5 because Pac was proven and granite-chinned in the higher weights. Didn't see him hurt once against Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Hatton, and Clottey.

Goes to show you the insane level of roiding Roidquez was doing.

Once again, the knock out punch had nothing to do with him being roided to the gills... so it ought not tarnish the fact it's a top 10 KO.

The knock out punch had nothing to do with being ''Hulkquez'', he practiced it repeatedly and even put down this dude (see video) in sparring with ****ing headgear on. Pacquiao lunged into it, Marquez had been setting that punch up several times through the fight, just watch it again... and Pacquiao didn't take the hint. He also stepped on Manny's foot, combined with the force of him diving in to finish JMM only helped the cause. Pacquiao had been doing the same double feints over and over and got over confident, Marquez predicted this, Pacquiao didn't predict the reaction it would bring correctly. The overhand right in 3, Pacquiao pulled away from without bracing himself, Marquez hit him that that shot in a previous fight too and damn near lifted him off his feet. Marquez clearly compensated for a little more power and dropped some speed, this can be done without PED's, look at Bradley in Pacquiao 2, looked more sluggish but had significantly more power... I don't know if he was on PED's but the argument is that the punch was from his intelligence and adjustments over 4 fights...
Marquez has a higher KO ratio than Manny ffs too, people act like he can't crack.
Those magical PED's didn't make him the incredible roided superman, Bradley beat him and he looked good but not phenomenal against Alvarado. Where was Hulkquez then? People have a child-like logic and want to believe Pacquiao was only KO'd due to a deus ex machina or something lol.
