Peterson didnt win the first time. But if Peterson wins this time Khan can fight just about anybody else at 140 or 147

He moves up to 147 looking to snatch a belt there, khan got options even if he loses to peterson, I think it will be close again, peterson is going to put the pressure on him from the opening bell and khan wont be able to deal with it.

Lol at English guys ripping Khan cause he is Pak.istani, dont act its because he is an obnoxious tool, Khan lost a lot of fans for his whining and crying about the peterson loss. Plenty of you guys have always hated khan though, even as an amateur, reason why? " he isnt on of the lads like ricky was" pretty obvious isnt it.
remember Khan is willing to fight the best and has always been ambitious. that should be enough reason to respect him.
Floyd fans hate him cause he talks about floyd a lot and hangs out with pac, *******s hate him cause they need to hype up timmy for pac.
That covers about 70% of the people, the English hate him for the reasons stated above. I hope he shuts (people) up and puts on a good show next month and gets the win.

This is not true Britain or England have hade fighters from all different races and creeds.

One of the most popular fighters to come from Britain was Nazeem Hamed and he had some very strong views on religion . This didnt stop his popularity.

The reason why people in the UK dont like Khan is that he has acted like a spoilt child since he turned pro. Has not fought his way up like Hatton , Froch and Calzaghe did and has not earnt the respect of the fans.

Also he does come out with the most rediculous statements calling out great fighters when he has been wiped out in 90 seconds by a B level fighter.

Lastly I am from the UK and thought he lost to Peterson by a couple of rounds , made some awful mistakes that no pro should make , then cried like a baby.

What he should have done is say he lost to the better man on the night and ask for a rematch and come back stronger not blame Judges referee's or a city for not hosting a title fight for 20 years.

Khan is not a boy anymore and needs to grow up.

I don't see Khan as effective at 147 as 140.. He does not look big enough and his punches would not be as sharp. He is going to move up, but those guys are a little bigger and maybe a little slower, but it will be harder for him.

Khan needs to go back to school. When Lamont changed styles from a Boxer to a Pressure fighter, Khan was absolutely unable to adjust. Khan couldn't fight going backwards. Khan couldn't fight on the inside. Khan didn't really know hoe to tie a guy up. It amazes me he's come this far without those skills.
