    usually fights don't see the punchcoming on one punchknockouts. more about speed and surprise than power.

    It's a fascinating topic, because I don't think there is a definitive answer out there. All I know is that it can't be taught. It's there or it's not.

    Long as I'm tearing down myths, here's one that'll make me no friends 'n leave amateurs crestfallen: Ya can't improve hand speed. Ya can learn combos 'n be more accurate and land more but, sadly, hand speed's what it is from the first day ya walk in the gym.
