Oscar and Margarito weren't even ranked in the top 10 of any division in boxing when Manny fought them

I disagree with that. Braldey is in the 6-8 range for me and Khan 11-15. Ortiz anywhere around 15 is good

ceej, I always have to correct you on your made up facts. Morales was still top10 p4p when Pac beat him in the rematch. I know you will say I got my info from some article on philboxing, so let me tell you straight up that once again no that it not the case.

That is not the truth, Margarito was ranked either #2 or #3 when Manny fought him for the vacant WBC title, Martinez was champ who had just starched Williams who was #1

    16-20...

Floyd should beat him easily by UD, I'd then put Floyd as 3rd in p4p rankings behind Pac and Serg...

Also if Floyd doesn't fight Pac (or Serg) after then this fight is a farce...

Anywhere near the top 10 is a joke.

I'm a fan but around top 20 at best. He quit against Maidana after that he fought a couple of old fighters to regain his confidence fought a terrible fight against Peterson where he was of balance for the whole fight. Than he had a great performance against Berto but this is not enough to climb up at top 15 for me given his poor performances before that. I think that Floyd sees it as a safe fight because Ortiz suffered a lot while fighting a slick defensive fighter in Peterson. Hope that Ortiz could prove him wrong
