Agreed, but you can surely speculate.

I mean, what Pacquiao has already accomplished is already rather amazing.

I could say with confidence that he has already surpassed the likes of Alexis Arguello, Julio Cesar Chavez, and Roy Jones Junior in my book.

that would be reasonable IMO. Top 10-15 after beating Mosley and PBF. How about if he moves up and beat a beltholder at 154 instead of facing the top 2 WW?

I voted 11-20. hes in the same class as Burly,Ross and Jofre imo.

Floyd is top 30-45 for me, and I dont believe a win over pacman will put him over, it will be a great win and probably his most defining one of his career but he blew winning fighter of the decade away by fighting lack of quality opposition and retirement for the last 3-4 years.

If Pac loses, retires afterwards and Floyd goes on to fight and beat Mosely, Cotto and Williams then he will surpass Pacman, but for now hes got alot of road to make up.

Hard to say until he has gone but I'd say 21 - 30.

After a Mosley and Mayweather win, at 154? Top 5. Too bad Pac wants politics. And I just cannot see him beating PW. >.<
Unless PW is weightdrained to hell at 147. And even then.

Well....hard for me to envision him going for a belt at 154.

Right now the fight for him is Floyd, and if he wins that, a fight with Mosley would be the logical follow-up (assuming Mosley beats Berto, which I believe he will in impressive fashion).

Right now, nothing Pacquiao can do would impress me more than back-to-back wins over Floyd and Shane.

it all depends what happens against PBF. If he beats Floyd, for me, he's easily top ten, ****, even top five. He'd be the greatest boxer since Ali.

    But we'll have to wait.

Jofre is a great comparison. These two should rank alongside each other.

If Pacquiao beats Mayweather and Mosley, despite his lack of wins, he should rank above Roberto Duran. Although I don't have Duran as high as most people, instead, I see him as 9-12.

Just out of interest...if Pacquiao beat Salita, which he would, how does that change things?
