He's definitely starting to edge top 20. I'm not really committed to ranking him anywhere yet. If he beats the williams martinez winner, FMJ, or the 140lb king i will put him inside my top 20 easily.

He needs a win against an ATG. I do not like Floyd much, but Floyd constitutes and ATG.. So a win over Floyd by knockout would really help Manny's ranking. Beating Margarito is good, but Margarito was damaged goods. The man was knocked out by Shane in his second to last fight.

He will beat the 140lb king as easy as he beat hatton.

I have him in the 20-25 range, undecided exactly which if he retired today. I could understand a little higher or lower though, of course.

He's a lock for top ten. He's been fighting nothing but giants lately and destroying em

you're right, top ten is selling him short

he's an 8.9 on the SNV scale, which translates to the second best fighter ever

"The Packer" is the greatest Asian fighter this side of Bruce Lee, so he gets his props.. I'd rate Manolo Packer somewhere between # 20 and # 30 overall.. M.P. is in with solid company... WORD!

I rate him in the same category as he best all time. He fits in with, SRR and Pep. Trust me, it is rare that an active fighter is ever mentioned as being that great while still active. I can just imagine what they will be saying about Paq once he is retired. The guy is tough, skilled, fast, punches hard, durable and exciting. He fights and beats guys in weight classes above his natural best.
