Where do you guys rank this win? Sort of remind me of past prime Morales over Pacquiao but Loma has not even come close to do what Pac did

In due time, the match will be seen more and more for what it was, a gift. Loma won 116-112, at best it was a draw, no way did Salido do enough to win outright, it was home reffing and home cooking at its finest.

Whenever ppl. argue that this or that amateur superstar with a 200-fight win streak just has to show up to grab a belt, I always recommend this excellent exposure.

Salido came for the win, and bent the rules so far Team Loma & the ref was going to allow, then used a close-range swarming style Ovachenko had no clue how to handle, no way of stopping the legit body shots & the many landing on the side, no clue how to stop the low blows or retaliate which comes with the territory, and no clue how to land at that range.

Why would he? He brought an amateur style, a single fighting distance he's ever known and an arrogant attitude, and ended up taking a humbling lesson in professional elementary school by an old, beat up teacher. It's the fight that should be viewed in gyms when talking about respecting the game. It's a masterpiece.
