Frankly, it's clear to me that Pavlik trumps all others. What he lacks in accomplishment, he more than makes up for in skills, strength, and heart. In any case, any shortcomings in the actual accomplishment category shall inevitably be overcome. Here's how I'd rank Pavlik amongst past greats from the middleweight division.

    1. KELLY PAVLIK
    2. Marvin Hagler
    3. Carlos Monzon
    4. Bernard Hopkins
    5. Gene Fullmer
    6. Ray Robinson
    7. Mickey Walker
    8. BoBo Olson
    9. Jake LaMotta
    10. Jermain Taylor

What do you guys think of this impeccable list? :smoke

Sad but true. Some people were desperate for a hero. I like Pavlik but this is ridiculous whats happening on these boards lately.

Pavlik definitely is on good way to be the No1.

He TKO the most dangerous puncher in the division: Miranda.
He TKO unbeaten, Ollimpic gold medalist, conqueror of Hopkins: Taylor

What he need to do to be the No1 is beat Abraham and unify most of the titles then beat Taylor
in the rematch and beat at least one more recognized name: Sturm, Spinks or Karmazin.
Then if he move on unbeaten to upper division and get one of the belts he will be No1 all time midlleweight.

He's not going to be Top50 because he's moving to 168 soon.

I think people should learn the difference between serious threads and joke threads.
