Where does Povetkin rank h2h all time as far as heavyweights 40 and above are concerned?

Surely fighters are judged on silverware?I'd say he's been a top five fighter over his career.

Well he's not fought in his 40s yet, so he still has a ways to go. He looks like he's slowing quite a bit though, and his body seems to be podging up, which might affect his stamina and his overall effectiveness. If he keeps himself in great condition and continues to keep the fire he could have some more top wins in the division, but also likely ships some losses as well. I'd pick him to beat Ortiz and maybe Parker, and he still knocks seven shades of stuffing out of Chisora. Be interesting to see how he does against Ruiz. Might be an interesting fight down the line.

he definitely has 3-4 fights in his tank. I'd like to see him against Ortiz, Dillian Whyte, Pulev, Big Baby Miller ... he has a good chacne to beat all of them

Whyte would be a good next one. Have to say tho, if I was Pov I would probably retire.
