really not a bad idea , frank should promise him to move to britian and buy him a really nice house and give him a nice lil sum of money and build a career through that way, then he can build prescott as this unmovable force and earn some good money promoting him and his fights

dont sound that bad of a Idea if u think about it

Probably signed to a British promoter and has a fight with Murray.

Forget about the 'good promoter' part, i heard Frank Warren now has a bunch of options on him.

If he was smart he would get together with Ricky Hatton, and fight on that undercard when Ricky takes on that Drag Queen later on in the year.

to the top, hopefully with Top Rank or Dibella......Warren will ruin him, force him to fight cabdrivers(in the process bringing his game down) then throw him to the lions to get KTFO

And to be fair, he's only fought cab drivers thus far ....

really though, given the respectful applause he got afterwards, it seems us Brits have taken this rags to riches story to our hearts? Why not let him have a few fights over here? Murray, Thaxton, Romanov? I bet Prescott would probably fight anyone! Or Olesegun, Lynes at LWW? Be nice to see more than 54 seconds of him fighting!

even if he is limited, he would bring some excitement to British boxing, and I'm sure Fish Eyes would love to hype the kid up as the second coming of Wilfredo Gomez/Tyson/Valero/Jesus etc etc

Presscot is a natural for DKP. If he wants World Titles and PPVs and Untold riches, he needs to pick up a phone, and call Don or Carl, baby!

Prescott did everything he had to and excelled at it, not just in the fight but all through the promotion.

Frank Warren should offer him a deal over here, where he has good fights to showcase his skills. I would imagine he would have a decent rating now with all the governing bodies. Have a few more fights and let the dust settle a bit in the lightweight division.
I think he would have a few fans over here now in the UK, since he beat Khan.

Could he be the new Freitas I wonder?

Or could he rise up the weights, his frame should take him to at east 147.

Warren has options on Prescott for sure, he always does that for his fights.

A rematch with Khan could be alot of money, if Khan's team will want it.

I think Prescott will fight another British fighter, not Khan of course, and depending on Amir's returning performance Warren will either make the rematch in early/mid 2009 or make a Prescott-Rees fight or something like that to see how far Prescott can go.

Prescott could have a good future ahead of him now but i do feel that somebody who can take a shot and is a decent boxer would soundly beat him (from what i have seen of prescott's previous fights) he never really looked anything special. I think this is a case of bad matching and Khans chin just couldnt live up to a guy with genuine punching power!
