Tyson Fury can punch when he sits down on his shots and puts his weight into them. Only people who don't know what they're talking about say he has no power, or he's feather fisted etc. Don't listen to these people.
Fury has never been a heavy handed fighter. He's more of an awkward, shifty, herky-jerky unpredictable boxer that will make you make mistakes and then catch you at some inopportune time. A guy as big as him will always have weight to his shots, so I'm not surprised that he has a high KO amount based on wearing people down. He's also never going to have real power unless he plants his feet, and its hard to plant your feet when you are being evasive and moving around. That said, I was much more impressed with his punch power against Wilder, and partly that's because he's been working out and partly its because he was looking to transmit his power more effectively - ie - his style was not typical 'Tyson Fury'. I think its cool that he can adapt as the occasion demands it.
His power is Ali/Holmesesque. Not a power puncher but he can stop a good opponent or dish out a long beating on a more durable opponent. His mass also contributes to wearing down fighters.
I also think even though I think Peter Fury is a very knowledgeable guy knows his stuff I don’t think he is a world class trainer , I think fury has been lacking that in his career and showed in the wilder fight with a different world class trainer what he is capable of .
His power is wank for his size, obviously he's a big bloke so he's always going to have a bit of power.
There is only one HW on the planet with many different ways to win ie move and box, attack and defend, pure attack ie Fury. Can fight inside, mid range and outside. Can fight big as well, can weigh 275 lbs and still dance around like a lightweight. He's probably the most complete heavyweight out there right now.
