Wins over Joe Walcott,Dick Burge,Kid McPartland ,Andy Bowen ,2 draws with Young Griffo, another with Frank Erne . Should he crack the top 15? Top 10 even?

Described as a savage battler ,a former bareknuckle fighter ,he is never mentioned with the greats at lightweight, should he be?

This guy is one of those candidates for best conditioned fighter ever; like a Hagler or Marciano.

John L. Sullivan once called him the greatest fighter he ever saw.
