Where does this misconception come from that Cotto has never called Floyd out?

this is the smartest post on the board...NO fighters at their level are afraid...cotto is a warrior and lets his people do the talking...floyd is undefeated and HAS fought the best in every class when he was in it...he fought JLC who was the CHAMP...diego...CHAMP...gatti CHAMP and warrior (destruction)...baldo..champ...hatton....champ...the guy is not AFRAID of anyone anywhere near his weight class....this is just another shot to make floyd look bad because it never happens in the ring

True, Cotto never called him out on HBO. What other boxer called him a pu-tang?

Wrong .he fought the best at 130 and 135 but after the second castillo fight he became the cherrypicker we know today.

Merchant, " Miguel you don't Call Mayweather out, you let other people do it for you"

Cotto, "If Mayweather wants me, he know's where to find me, Im here and Im ready for him"

Merchant," So are you saying your not going to fight a Miguel Cotto a young up and coming strong fighter that a lot of people would like to see you in with?.

Mayweather: "Well Miguel Cotto is one hell of a champion but i once said before i wont let the sport of boxing retire me, i will retire from the sport".

This is such a pointless thread. If Cotto wants the Mayweather fight that bad, all he as to do is beat Pac...

Everyone knows the winner of PBF-JMM is going to fight the winner of Pac-Cotto. So there is really no need for talk anymore. If Cotto wants the fight than he will win. If he loses and Floyd fights Pac then the only person left to blame for us not seeing a Mayweather-Cotto fight is Miguel Cotto..

Yeah right, it's all Cotto's fault. But of course we can't blame Floyd for "retiring" right after the Hatton fight. :-(
