Cotto was rated in the top 5 for a while and with this performance and his win over cintron, his fight with williams, you have to put margarito in the top 10

between 10-6 is realistic. While he did beat Cotto, you don't inherit their wins.

Top 10 is hard to pick at the moment, most fighters have shown flaws (as in losing) which never makes it easy to rate them.

Personally, I've got him at 6. Gone up a place due to Cotto's loss.

he still didn't crack my top ten. another win with a good opponent will establish him though. hes around 13 to 15.

I had him around 16-20 before, so I'll probably put him between 9-14 now- I'm not quite sure yet. He's got to avenge the Williams loss to get solidly into the top 10 or beat another top contender convincingly. Before people think I'm not giving him enough credit for this win, I was one of few (if any) rating him that highly before the Cotto fight. To go from not even top 20 in most lists to top 6 is too much of a jump for one fight.
