Isn't this illegal? Can we send the video somewhere to make sure Deontay hasn't committed any crimes? I'm really concerned that by not following fire safety regulations this guy could hurt himself.

Did he really, though? Signing to fight someone then immediately blowing it all off after they get flagged on a drug test for arterial and blood pressure meds does not strike me as the actions of someone who really wants the fight in the first place. No, no one should be forced to fight an opponent who has tested positive for any banned substance, but there are grades to this, and both times Wilder didn't even wait for an official ruling but just blew his gasket and refused point blank to even entertain the idea of continuing with the fight.

Had he kept quiet and waited both times for the WBC's decision on the fight then I don't think there'd be any real criticism whatever the verdict, but instead he threw his toys out the pram and made a massive song and dance on social media about the whole situation. Bear in mind the situation here. Neither man was busted for actual PEDs, or in Povetkin's case minute doses of a substance that was only then-recently banned (and whose former users were therefore under certain exemptions). Did that mean they weren't cheating? No, but that wasn't for Deontay to determine. As a fighter he should have just sat tight and waited for the result.

Ultimately his actions just did not strike me as those of a man desperate to fight. Had he genuinely wanted both fights then he wouldn't have done anything that might scupper them. He would have, like the fans, hoped the situation would get resolved and that the fights would go ahead as scheduled, and only laid into them once it was clear the fight had no possibility of going ahead.

It's all about wind, pressure differences in the Earth's atmosphere, that windmill comes from the forces of the nature

Long levers, good leverage and speed. He loads up a lot on his punches to, to generate force. It's still to be tested an the highest level, we saw Parker's power diminish when he stepped up a level, but I suspect Wilders power is for real.

The mans just got power. Its hard to see where it begins. But he certainly punches through the target well. He does windmill and that generates power but they arent his only shots i think his timing with counters is absolutly top drawer.

He can knock anybody out if he lands the right shot but i say that about the heavyweight division in general. We can tear Wilders game up easy as he is such a messy fighter with such a weak resume and such a big mouth but we shouldnt be questioning his power it is clearly there and clearly big.

I think he's very ungainly - so he hits guys at angles they aren't used to. The Spilzka knock out for example didn't look anything too special but Spilzka never saw it coming.

He generates the power from the fact that he boxes tomato cans who can't counterpunch while he windmills like a total clown leaving himself totally open. Also note that the only time he boxed a top 10 opponent (Stiverne I) his so-called 'power' suddenly disappeared. Stiverne wasn't even wobbled once.

Wilders power is from his speed, the sheer velocity of the punch thrown and his awkward style makes it the punch you don't see.

And its a renewable energy source. Windmill power is something that has been proven thru the centuries, and Wilder has somehow managed to tap into it. Windmills4life.
