Im not sure where Deontay Wilder can go after this loss

He showed great heart and fighting spirit but in the end was well beaten again!
That’s now 3 fights where he’s been soundly outpointed in one and then battered into defeat in the other two.

What’s out there for him now?

No one will be interested in Fury/Wilder 4
Joshua and Usyk are tied into a rematch
Whyte is facing Wallin and the winner will be WBC Mandatory

At 35 years old there is little prospect of Wilder getting a shot at a title for the next 18 to 24 months making him 37 years old at best.

He could take keep busy fights against Chisora or maybe Parker but why would he as they’re not definitely going to lead to a shot at one of the Champions.

The only interesting scenario (which isn’t going to happen) is Joshua stepping aside to allow a Fury/Usyk unification for Undisputed fight.
That would leave us with a Joshua/Wilder fight which would be easy to sell even and a huge money making fight even without the belts! It would be a massive cash out fight for one of them with the winner facing the Undisputed Champion in Fury or Usyk!
As I said, AJ and Hearn will not step aside so this ain’t going to happen.

    So where does Wilder go?

A 6 month break, a tune up with Ruiz then a fight with AJ would be the best thing he can do for his legacy and bank account

Wouldn't be surprised if he chose to retire though

He needs some time out. It's unclear what state he's in both mentally and physically as it is.

If he comes back after this, he can probably do well at the American level without taking much further punishment, if he can get a Joshua fight he'd have a decent chance there too - but might not be worth the possible health toll.

This. Decent money for Ruiz then big money for the winner vs. AJ (presuming he loses the rematch to Usyk, which seems likely).

If he fights on I think he'll take a few easy touches before stepping in with a guy like Helenius and then maybe a Ruiz fight.

Andy Ruiz in a steel cage and then Anthony Joshua in a retirement match.

After taking time to get his head straight and assess everything he has a lot of options.
    Ruiz
    Whyte
    Parker
    Helenius
    Loser of Joshua / Usyk 2 ( Joshua :boxing1 )
Beat one or 2 of the above and he is right back in it. But he has to want it. We need to see how he takes this loss.

No shame in losing to Fury. With Wilders combination of toughness and power every second of the fight id never write him off.

But he has to WANT IT.
