Joshua definitely does weights, though not in the conventional sense, I've never seem him bench or curl, but he hex bar deadlifts and squats with bands.
I think jogging should be a thing of the past for boxing. A boxing match isn't a "jog" for cardio. Its more of a sprint. Boxers should work on doing sprints and up hill sprints. Short bursts of energy.
It’s not a sprint, you can’t sprint for 3 minutes x12. You need to do sprints and jogging to help for the aerobic and anaerobic components of boxing.
