Where does Wladimir Klitschko rank among ATG HWs?

If you're asking weather or not he's beaten a true all time great in the peak of his prime, then the answer is no.. He hasn't.. But in all fairness, there are very few men who have done this. Frazier beating a prime or close to prime Ali might be one example. Liston sparking Patterson is another. And of course Ali beating a prime Foreman. But asside from that, I'd say the list is very slim.. As far as Wlad goes, he has at least convincingly beaten whatever the era has had to offer.. Ruslan Chagaev, Chris Byrd, Sultan Ibragimov and David Haye were all title holders who were either prime or close to prime and had decent records with reasonable ability.. Calvin Brock, Eddie Chambers and a few others were respectable opponents. Wlad has not been beaten in nearly 8 years and something like 12 title fights... Regardless of the strength of the era, I think he deserves some credit.

Not one of the fighters you named is/was a heavyweight of any notariety. None of them except for Chris Byrd, a blown up midlleweight, and that fight took place nearly ten years ago.

I will say this, unlike Wlad, Marciano wasn't going rounds with the weak comp of his era. Like a true Champion, Marciano took out the trash early and in emphatic fashion.
