    In terms of achievement, top 30. Never been undisputed champion and never fought an elite fighter or the long-standing No 2 in his division (who also happens to be the only other elite fighter out there). Also never achieved anything that many other HW's haven't done before him, and lost to B level (at best) fighters.

    H2H he's probably top 20, maybe even top 10.

    About 63% or nearly 2/3 of the voters (193 of 320) place him in the top 15. :good

    And nearly 80% of the voters (263 of 320) place him in the top 20.

    The greatest number of votes (25.62%) was in the #11 to #15 category.

    Thanks to Nay_Sayer's "copy and paste" bumps we are reminded once again that Wladimir Klitschko is regarded by the majority to be top 20 at this stage of his career.
