Where does Yarde fit in?

Unfortunately Yarde ducked the Buasti offer.

Yarde is Smith's mandatory, so hopefully that will happen soon

I think he is domestic level and his handlers know it. They have to manage him very carefully to maximise his earnings, you won't see him fight contenders, it has to be a title fight.

 

I'd back Buasti to beat either Smith or Yarde. Yarde vs Smith is a 50/50 fight that can go either way.

I think Beterbiev beats Smith comfortably.

 

Honestley Yardes career has been dreadful from a fans POV. Zero interest in watching him fight unless its a good domestic clash or for a world title.

 

His last opponent, Lyndon Arthur is domestic level. Yards obliterated him

 

Frank has already said Bob has promised him the winner of Beterbiev/Smith Jr will fight Yarde.

 

If Yarde’s career has been then Buatsi’s has been twice as bad.

 

He's above domestic but below world level. He's stuck at European level, where the fighters are relatively unknown and there's not much money in fighting them.

 

European title against Bauderlique be a good fight while he waits for the Beterbiev Smith winner. Maybe on the Fury Whyte card.

 

But hey don't worry, we'll see him in a tune up in June against Blake Caparello (actually no, probably a bit too difficult a challenge).

 

Why not fight Buasti before hand? S going remain inactive or fight another low level opponent.
