Well considering the top of the division is just about locked up (Berto-Mosley, Margarito banned, Cotto is damaged goods, Clottey is fighting Pac) Collazo is next best, followed by Quintana. But both have had their asses kicked and neither guy is that great of a draw, Quite frankly Matthew Hatton in England is more of a draw than Quintana. Tim Bradley is my favorite for him to fight.
