Just me lamenting here. Where have all the Aussie cruisers gone? A year or so ago, it was the strongest domestic weight division we had. We were talking on here about how there could even be a cruiser tourney. Now there's not much doing. Deliberately I havent included Green since he doesnt really fight on the domestic scene anymore.

    Vea - Retired.

    Cronje - Retired

Pitt - Lost in the wilderness without direction

    Forsyth - Presumed retired

Niemann - Innactive. Hasnt fought since loss to Ammann

Ammann - Bumping the trend and in good form

Mc Cracken - Always keen but not up to it in class.

Oganov - Not really a cruiser and hasnt fought since controversial loss to Pitt.

David Aloua - Untested and probably not the next big thing.

Cameron - Not really a cruiser and has only gone there to fight Green.

    Just a shame I reckon.

Why is it a shame? because there is no more locals for Green to fight?

Gotta spell it out? It would have made for competitive domestic matchups to perhaps find out who the best in Oz is. Get the Aust title then see if that fighter can move onto the world stage.

Actually wouldnt be the worst thing for Green to give an opportunity to an upcoming domestic cruiser, but as we can see, we dont really have one. Ammann maybe. Still that would be a mismatch.
