Where have all the Kelly Pavlik fans gone?

He just has to keep circling to the right to neutralise Pavlik's one and only weapon. it is really not that difficult for a top level fighter like AA to exploit.

 

He got ghostbusted and so did his fans yo!

 

I don't know what evidence people need to understand this... I mean even though it is cliche , styles do make fights ... I mean Taylor Beat Bhop (or at least was able to at least make things competitive ) but BHOP beats Pavlik and Pavlik beats Taylor ..... ITS STYLE

Hearns could not hang with Hagler, Duran and Leonard Could ... Yet hearns destroyed Duran and could have beat Leonard. Leonard had the style to fight the others of the fab 4, thats why he is considered one of the ATG's higher than Hearns and Hagler... not so much duran in my books though.

ALI Struggled with Norton and Frazier , while Foreman destroyed both guys.... and we all know how Ali handled Foreman.

Now all of the sudden, anyone who circles Pavlik to his right will easily beat him?? HAHA . It has a lot more to do with just circling Pavlik and moving to his right ..... Hopkins perfected his footwork, spacing, timing and counterpunching to pull off what he did.. You think AA will be able to all of the sudden emulate Hopkins?

Now I am not saying Pavlik would destroy AA and it would be no contest, I think this would be a FOTY candidate. But in no way is it gonna look like what BHOP vs PAvlik at 170 looked like.

 

He doesnt have a scheduled fight so there isn't anything to talk about.

Well I'm not a fan of Pavlik but I can understand if someone isn't talking about them 24 hours a day. People are talking about Calzaghe constantly cause he is undefeated and he has the most haters/fans around.

 

You can also say where have all the Dawson/Barrera/Abraham/Guzman/Duddy/spinks/cotto/berto/clottey fans gone. Peoples usually don't talk about fighter unless the fight is coming up or a little after the fight. When Pavlik has a fight his fans will be back to discuss him.

 

Of course people are gonna jump ship after he lost to bernard. Everyone and there mom thought Pavlik was gonna just blast B hop out of there but I guess b hop didnt follow the script. Pavlik got schooled, beat up, got his lunch money taken away and his head dunk in the toilet and bully for 12 rounds. After the lost people was quick to say he was overrated. Thats what you call true Fans :good. Dont worry he still middle weight champ and his career is not over cus theres still plenty of fights out there for him like the Abraham fight.

 

Exactly
