Where is Brian Magee?

That's part of his problem, everything about him is average. I dont know what will happen here but imo Magee, Dodson, Anderson all beat Smith easily, all bigger punchers and better boxers all proper supermiddles, and all show a bit of commitment.

 

tony who is the best you have ever been in the ring with? sparring included. Also why dont you go after dilks i have heard he is moving down to your weight, or go up and fight bellew, your a huge supermiddle who has boxed at lightheavyweight before, so there wont be to much size difference

 

lol you aint stood next to bomber then m8 hes huge at the weight plus we are real good freinds and i make super middle easy enough and iam strong as an ox at the weight so it make no sense to move up if dilks wants it he can have it aswel like i said i will fight anyone

 

On another thread, i said a uk super six would be a cracking idea, smith, quigley, magee, dodson, david and maybe anderson, what ya reckon?

 

bellew is stall, but as thin as a drink of water, you got a much bigger upper body tony, and your only moveing up one weight, imagine if harry greb or sam langford would of had that attidue one was a natural welter the other a middleweight but they would go up and fight heavyweights. you didnt answer my qustion the best you have ever shared a ring with?

Magee should have been in the ring against quigley, with smith to challenge the winner, but it didn't work out like that unfortunately.
Fight should have been re-arranged to suit the fight, but unfortunately, bbobc would not allow it in the end

Overrated, but untested, so i may be premature in saying overrated, but just my opinion on having seen him a couple of times

 

Who is he over-rated by?, compared to some prospects he is under-rated.

 

Overated in the sense that after only 11 or so pro fights, in a british title eliminator, not having proved himself. Plus wathced him on sky couple of months ago, and jim watt was nearly coming in his pants about him. Plus a few threads on here.

Fair enough but most fighters do get a shot at the British in there first 15 fights or so, and compared to Jeffries/Groves etc he is not hyped all that much, he is totally untested though but I think Paul David will give him a good test.

 

agree with that. David was who quigley was meant to be fighting in the first place before he got the dodson shot.

Jim Watt starts coming in his pants at 3min 14!, after a very average performance from Anderson.
