LMAO the 'big' announcement today was about Harlem Eubank debut, NOT Chris as everyone expected.

Also Jamie Cox was announced today on the Brook Spence card.

Looks like Mundine as an opponent for Eubank is becoming more and more likely.

TBF I can see negotiations between Mundine and Snr. running like clockwork.

I would say someone who was unlucky not to get a decision in Germany against Abraham a couple of years ago is beyond Donestic level. My point is CEJ has not proven to be beyond that level at SMW.

Haha, come on man he lost that fight and then lost the rematch as well. He's shite. I think Jr's resume is absolutely pish at the moment but Blackwell is a better win than Paul Smith. He's just come in overweight, get his **** pushed in for a few rounds before getting stopped. Don't even know how he got a world title shot in the first place

Paul Smith is not world class but better than Nick Blackwell ever was. I like many think he won the first fight, either way was very close. Second fight I had him losing 8-4. CEJ has proved to be fringe world class in middleweight division but has not proved that at SMW and I believe he might lack power in that devision. My point is a valid one if he keeps shouting he's a world class SMW and can beat them all he should at least be fighting people of Paul Smiths calibre to prove he's even beyond domestic level in the division.

Eubank will be in the gym beating up on novices. Basically his career so far.

Chris Eubank Jr really needs to get out from his fathers shadow.

He could start with telling daddy to back the truck up, and that this is his life and his career.

Then he can Appoint a professional trainer and manager.

Its embarrassing for everyone at this point to even look at him and his dad.

What are you talking about? "GGG and Saunders can't be held against him" Are you serious?

Sr/Jr had weeks and weeks to sign for Golovkin and didn't, they could have made millions but didn't and that can't be held against him?

FW and Saunders sent the Eubanks a contract for a rematch, they didn't sign that either and went and did other things and that can't be held against him?

I don't care if Jacobs was years and years ago, the fact is Eubank Jr went down the WBA route and got in to a mandatory position, called out Jacobs very publicly and then turned around and went back to domestic level, as far as I'm concerned that was embarrassing and should never be forgotten.

There is a pattern, it's plain to see, it is right in front of you, Sr and Jr boast, brag, call very good fighters out and when they are asked to either put up or shut up they turn around and walk away.

Stop trying to rewrite history and trying to spin the truth, everybody knows what happened with Golovkin, Saunders and Jacobs, all you are doing is making yourself look like a love sick school boy who won't hear a bad word said about their crush. You are embarrassing yourself.

Jr is struggling for an opponent because ITV are not paying him large to fight some unknown opponent because they did that last time and it didn't do anywhere near the numbers Sr was saying it would.

The Eubanks need a big fight, a big opponent but they are stuck on ITV and will have to sit and wait with fingers crossed for an opportunity because they have burnt bridges and nobody gives a toss about either of them.

Becoming beyond silly now. The old mans clearly a bit stupid. That what their trying to do the now...basically trying to work without a promoter could work for someone thats been proven/well liked. Made a name for themselves etc. But even then your up against it a lot of the time.

They ve jumped the gun years too early. Increasingly looking like they cant get a decent fight made atm. Should go back to hearn cap in hand build your name up get the right fights. And stop this trying to be a millionaire without proving to be any good. The thing is the sons got potential...needs to sack the dad off. Hes one of them guys that think their smarter than everyone else and yet their just stupid. Them theories them people have are good in principal but when you actually try and carry them out. You quickly realise why everyones not doing them.

They ve went as far as they can go without proving themselves with the marketing. Its no longer hate people have for them...its more just cant be bothered. At least with say mayweather he was fighting and proving himself. People wanted to see him lose. Eubanks in danger of becoming irrelevant.

Any decent fighter has a promoter in this day and age. Their not gonna let eubank walk in and start dictating everything to them and their fighter for a match up. Its a case of the eubanks need them more than vice versa. Hence the reason they cant get a decent fight made. I seen the dad moaning about being locked out from promoters the other day. But anyone with half a brain knew that would happen. And yet the path they ve chosens been the old mans doing "because he knows what hes doing"...you cant then complain about it.

Hes gonna mess up the sons career...then turn it round to him being a hero for protecting his son cause he wasnt ready as the years go by or something like that. Wouldnt surprise me if their was jealosy involved.

Tbf the old man is a proper legend in terms of in the ring. Credit where its due.

I can't be bothered arguing the point

I just hope he doesn't fight Mundine tbh, and the Abraham fight is growing on me.

King Arthur might be old but he's as tough as they come and the last thing a bloke loses is his power.
Stopping King Arthur would be a huge statement!
