After giving it a bit of thought I am going to pony up the $59.99 and watch it in HD on my new 42' LCD (a working man's tv!). This fight is just too big to watch on the internet (I know I just jinxed it). I invited a bunch guys over and was curious what everyone else is doing?
Well it looks like I am getting screwed on this one. My buddy was going to throw a kegger party tonight and we were going to order the fight and charge $10 for a cup (plus cover for the fight). Turns out his party plans went to **** last night so I am going to have to buy it for $50 :|
@ a local bar it seems that if I get there before six its free to get in plus I think the undercards are gonna be pretty interesting. Cheers to a hell of a fight may the best man win, hopefully marquez.
I haven't decided yet...It's like $15 bucks 2 watch @ a bar...by the time you buy a few hours worth of food and drink, the seat at home without the ignorant lay fools could be better. Who
I have one but I'm not 100% sure it's gonna work, I should know in less than 2 hours and if successful, I'll post it for you guys!
I think most will be watching this fight in the poor house. PPV is getting absurd, one fight after another, last one cost me $60, hear PPV will be going to $70, I can see it going to $100 as long as fans are willing to dish it out. Don King is the one who started the extremely high prices of PPV.
Which fight did Don King "start extremely high prices" with...??? ...and did he force his competitors after that (assuming you can list the fight) to copy his practices...??? Notably in the case of GBP who charges a pretty penny (PBF vs DLH) for their events, which operate independently (unless they choose) from KING...???
