Canelo won 7-5, but couldnt even put a dent in GGG in fight #3. GGG made Canelo very uncomfortable in the last four rounds. There was a reason Canelo couldn't run through him, and that is his elite skill set and power.

GGG should enjoy retirement. He's been a main player.

He looked almost uninterested fighting Canelo until he was taking a bit of a beating. I never thought I'd see Gennadiy going through the motions then he gives up the belt so I have no idea what he's waiting for because there's no other pay days unless Charlo gives him a call and that's a tough outing at this stage. Its a shame he won't have the official W in the first fight due to pathetic judging. I don't know what he's hanging around for because he wouldn't give up the belt just to go on another run for a belt he just gave up would he? I can't think of anyone he'd be contemplating fighting except Munguia which is easy money in the bank. Didn't Oscar diss Hearn for letting Saul fight Bivol? Munguia is one of his only two fighters in his stable lol. Eubank got dealt with by Smith so that payday's sailed but would've been a fun fight, five years too late.
