Went off the radar after being owned by Molina. He's had shoulder problems also which got in the way of a potential Canelo fight. Heard recently that he was ready to return but can't find the link. Not sure who he's being trained by either
Ironic how since the Angulo fight Kirkland has gone backwards whilst Perro has got down to work and fought back into the mix for a big fight payday.
I believe he's in promotional limbo, I recall him leaving to join 50 recently. With GB having a strangle hold over the talent, he's on the shelf indefinitely.
