Jokes aside though, it was hard as a Toney fan to watch him KO'd by the scale. Nobody at heavyweight was going to get the job done in the ring.
JT is probably going to fade away now, he really doesn't seem too bothered about returning to the ring any time soon.. I would love to see him try to fight a Golota next if he has the balls for it.. James has had a long career with a few stops and starts......
Last I read on Toney was that they were working on a Danny Williams fight, but Williams just fought the other night, so the supposed Toney Williams fight is down the road, or off, altogether. I'd like to see Toney get down to about 215 and see what he could do at heavyweight, but if he does come back, at all, he'll probably be fat as mud, again. I doubt he's done, just yet. If he can make these decent paydays for fighting, he'll continue to make a few more, while he can.
He was tired of being disappointed so quickly made arrangements to never look at it again :rofl :rofl
Don't really know, but I bet he is very well off and doing fine on his career earnings. He had what had to be many decent sized paydays back in his day. I also think he probably also made quite a bit in his heavyweight fights, as well. The Rahman draw was for a title, as was the Ruiz fight..........and his Peter fights probably paid well, too.
