That hype job almost had Pavlik out in 2. Taylors peformance in the rematch was impressive regardless of what you think. Far from a fraud.
did HE win the rematch???:yikes i think he'w waiting to see who wins the JC vs jones fight and then he''l want JC to do him like this :tdh
Did he fight like a hype job fraud that was scared of getting KO'ed again? Hate all you want, even though he lost, Taylor looked alot better in the rematch with Pavlik than he has in a long time. You're just to stupid to notice.
DAM troublelurks? did i call him a hype job ? he got skills but he was a bit hyped up as the next best thing . and ihope he comes back and makes an account for him self but he going to have trouble a t 168. getting a lil touchy there aren't we :cus :boohoo
Jesus Christ man, anytime there is a Taylor thread, i notice you chime in with your hate for the man. It's hilarious. Do you have something personal against him?
The problem is that MW is so poor right now that that is akin to be heralded as the second tallest midget in the world.
A fraud would not climb into the ring with Pavlik again, without a tuneup match, only 5-6 months after he'd been ktfo by him. Again, a fraud would not have done that. JT may say some dumb stuff, but the guy fights like a warrior when he's in with a warrior. It's near impossible to shine against Hopkins, Wright, and Spinks. Give him a freakin' break.
I'll forgive Robinson, because the guy was just so ****ing good. No.1 All-Time and a ****ing natural. I know the guy had a reputation of being a money waster, and a bit of a ***** (the Carmen Basilio story and all), but I never would have said he had no love for the sport. Robinson was an entertainer, whether as a boxer or a dancer or whatever. He loved to be the centre of attention for large groups of people, and if boxing let him do that, which it certainly did, then YES he did love boxing.
