Where is he ? Who is he going to fight next ? He is a damn exciting fighter with a lot of heart. Hope to see him soon in the ring.
I'd like to see him back in action. He's two or three solid wins from a title shot in my book. A fight with someone like JC Candelo or Richard Guitierez would be a nice ESPN main event.
I thought he was quite the opposite to be honest. Rather dirty fighter with limited ability. Hes got a good dig on him thats about it
This is my boy..................he's training keeping his weight down, waiting for the phone to ring.
Currently he's in the dog pound getting butt-raped by a very randy bull mastiff called Ivan and a perverted wolfhound named Diablo. When they've finished having their fun (and his ass has been treated by a fully qualified doctor), I'm sure he'll be ready to resume some light training, and maybe even a little bit of pad work as well. And In 2 or 3 months (when he's made a full recovery and his ass is totally healed), his management might consider putting him in with a Ben Tackie or a Cosme Rivera type opponent. Although personally, I think he lacks the skills to ever become a world champion(especially in the talent-laden division he fights in), but he definately has an exciting style that will win him fans and ensure that he is never short of work.
Im a fan of k9 too, mostly because of his underdog status and how boxing kept him away from a crime-filled environment. I hope he gets a fight soon but not a stepping stone fight against the likes of Kirkland or Angulo.
