Where is RJJ as an ATG

Roy confidence had nothing to do with his dismal performances against Tarver in the first fight you idiot. In that fight Roy Jones despite seemingly the superior boxer took large parts of the fight off, and could not avoid the ropes to save his life. What confidence had Roy lost clown?

It's tough to rate him high based on opponents fought. Yes, he did defeat B-Hop and James Toney as well as Virgil Hill, an undefeated Montell Griffin and John "Boring Man" Ruiz. However, are those victories enough to place him as an atg? If the question is "Where does Roy Jones rank as an atg for skill and athleticism?" then the answer is probably #1. It's just that his post Tarver career has really had a negative impact on his legacy. That said, no one in the history of Boxing has ever had his hand speed or reflexes (including Sugar Ray Leonard and Meldrik Taylor).
