Excuse the resume blunders last night fellas, I came home drunk as hell and started posting :verysad

I still stand by Sanchez being a top 5 guy as far as my Mexican brothers are concerned.

congrats sir, you have my respect :good you thought sanchez ****ed up olivares when you were drunk...i once fought a water heater i thought was danny lopez drunk so no worries. but you owned up to it like a champ.

sanchez is top 5 at LEAST, probably top 3. i have he, olivares and chavez in a rotating trio at the top

Thanks man, then I started talking Ricans Gomez and Benitez in the general and it all just went down hill, so take it easy on me, as I am quite hung over. :hat

How do you feel about Ramirez? Top 5 as well?

And who the **** is putting Jose Lopez above Finito in their top 10? My goodness. I would rate Jose Luis Castillo over Jose L to be honest.

dude, i once started a thread about how sugar ray robinson was a quitter :tong i was nearly ass raped on here.

not a big fan of ramirez to be honest. other than rosario, his most notable fights are one sided beatings to whitaker and the chavez loss. slow, predictable but a great southpaw right

i'd put canto, morales, finito lopez and barrera above him to be honest. need to watch more herrera and read about baby arizmendito get a decent ranking on them but they might well be ahead to

Olivares also went down in each of his "wins" over Castillo .

ranking of Castillo , Olivares , Rose without much of a further research :
    Castillo / Olvares
    Rose

"Olivares at his best would whoope Herera "
Wasn't/isn't Olivares younger than Herera ? make them d same age and Herera whoops him even worse .
But since he was drained against Herera he might have done better against him otherwise , but age being equal (needless 2 say reversed) he doesn't do much better than he did .

    Chavez was the greatest.

    Sanchez was the best.

Don't you give Rubes any credit for stopping your no.3 Ramirez when he was past his best.

I do like how "Rubes" is catching on......

Just watched the Sanchez/Benitez (Gomez) fight. Sanchez was not going to lose no matter what. An animal. man. I want to rate Finito higher than him but, I just can't.

i give him some but then i question it as a low blow , Ramirez was also less experienced by then and d weights were/r undisclosed .
Rubes might still rank #10 but i just can't rank him over Castillo and Herera yet , regarding him being drained vs Herera , i edited it yesterday but problems with my computer/firefox/windows/internet/combo here yesterday prevented that edit from being introduced .
r u sure herera wasn't drained against him also ? which still wouldn't make it totally credible performance 4 him , but still matters .
They still were older than him which still played in his favor but he just couldn't really pull it off against neither of them . I consider both of his "wins" over Castillo robberies until i c them and then i'd probably could excuse them as draws at most (4 Rubes) . He is so overrated here , but still not as much as Benny Leonard , Willie Pep , Aaron Pryor and 2 some extent Joe Gans as well .
