    He fought on the Andrade card in the US towards the back end of October so imagine he’s trying to get as big a fight as possible for March / April time

    Where is Conor Benn? He has completely vanished, Hearn doesn’t mention him at all and he’s not been seen at any Matchroom shows.

    Farmer would beat him but be a better fight than Farmer v Carroll as Carroll isn't better than British level SFWs.

    Had surgery on his hand following the Peynaurd rematch. Expected to be back in 2019. Can imagine they'll be giving him a low profile after recent performances

    As in career threatening? I don’t like Benn and don’t think he’ll go far but I always hate it when young athletes are derailed by injuries. Benn is never going to be good enough to not have to fight his way out of danger, he has no defence. Unlike Calzaghe and Mayweather and other top fighters who’ve had hand issues he’d genuinely be finished.
