JMM - 4P4 #2 at the time and coming off a great victory calls out Floyd Mayweather (who's retired at the time). Floyd comes back to fight him....Floyd nearly gets crucifixed for fighting the smaller P4P great!

Floyd - P4P #2 and coming off a great victory calls out Martinez. Martinez says he will fight him and NOBODY accuses him of picking on a smaller man?!?!?!

Is it only me that sees the parallels here and the hypocricy???

Haters will be haters... Mayweather can fight Vitali, and the haters would say he is picking on a slower againg man.

that rematch clause for pavlik really sucks for floyd....if it wasnt there....floyd would only need to stay on top of his game and not lose "it" for 12 months....as nice as i think martinez is....floyd would beat him...and then on to fight pac....and its a wrap! off into the sunset....i really hope floyd doesnt stretch himself out too long here

    Come on.

Martinez just came off of fighting 2 larger opponents.

He is calling himself the goat, nor are his fans.

Floyd says he's the best? Then prove it. We want to see him against his greatest challenges. Guys like Pacquiao, Williams and Martinez.

Martinez is not even considered a great middleweight. However, it is agreed he would present all sorts of problems for Floyd at 154/160.

It will be universally agreed unless Floyd signs a contract, then the stupid philosophy of Jim Bagg takes over (if floyd signs a contract that means he knows there's no chance his opponent can win) on this board.

that would be pretty hard to do....goats dont draw with kermit cintron...although if you put a goat on a scale and it weighs 147...shane is knocking it out
