Top 20, perhaps as high as 10. But not above that, because even though he is a force at JWW he hasn't beaten anyone I rank very high p4p

u just lost ur credibility. Witter wuz DROPPED by an overhand right from the little DESERT STORM nd was dominated by will nd desire from da AMERICAN. Witter iz tricky wit great skill. I wish Junior nd Ricky would finally fight!! Or tell Ricky Hatton 2 bulldog his way into Timothy Bradley like he did the great Kostya Zoo. We'll c what happens. Much Blessings soldier.

In the fight with Witter to be fair Witter looked like an utter joke. I doubt you watched the fight Witter got schooled. I agree with 41fevers claim that you have no credibility.

Plus he beat Holt and Lamont Peterson by wide margins. Holt had prior to the fight beat Tackie, Torres, and D hopkins.

I will give you that for him to make the top 20 he has to beat a name. However, he is clearly the best at 140. I would place him above Khan as Khan 's win over Barrera counts as much as Davis Diaz' win over Erik Morales.

10-15. He's getting hot...but Kendall Holt is his biggest win. Morales was killing guys left and right at 122...took him years just to get in. A little perspective people...
