Where the hell is Julio Cesar Garcia???

    The guy was once thought of as one of boxing top prospects.

    at 19 he was already a veteran of over 40 fights!!!

    and looked real talented.

    then he has one fight where he didnt look good vs undefeated (but 39 year old) troy browning.

    sure, he sucked and lost the fight. but that may have had to do with him being a bit burned out.

    but since then, its almost as if he retired!!

    anyone know what he is up to?????

    Dont know....but he acted very weird in that fight as if he was forced to lose that fight. The smirks on his face when he got hit and refusing to hit back.....but maybe its some behind the scenes stuff going on with him.

    I think he had too many fight's. His handspeed looked like it had decreased in his last fight. Even Tessitore and Teddy Atlas said "Didn't he use to have hand speed". I wouldn't be surprised if he retired.
