i believe he still beats ngoudjo (already beat him once), urango, arnaoutis, rees, and other B/C level fighters. he has a name and will get another shot at a title in the future if he decides to continue fighting which i hope he will. a malignaggi-judah fight is huge in nyc but i dont think that happens right away coming off the hatton loss. but that is most likely malignaggi's next big fight if both win in near future. id say late 09 Malignaggi v Judah Battle of Brooklyn at MSG either way, i am a huge fan of Malignaggi's and i wish him all the success in the future
have Malignaggi come back in NY against Salita. It should be a win for Malignaggi and a good confidence booster. Plus Salita is a name in NY so it should sell out the MSG theatre or any other venue in NY except MSG
I like the Judah idea... It has been discussed on other posts that Judah may be an eternal gatekeeper... so in beating Judah would Malignaggi then step in to fill those shoes or do you think he should start making moves to get the IBF back- which should be a short/easy time in getting it back.
Willy Pep and that *** Malinaggi don't belong in any comparissons. Pep could punch a bit, and woul dfight on iside on occasion, and do well. Pauly runs, holds, mugs for camera. And loses.
there still good fights for him at 140 i mean he fight Bradely, Witter, Judah, Torres, Colt, etc etc. I mean he still got a couple of good fights left for him but after that he should consider retirement because he got brittle hands.
He got over a million bucks from the Hatton fight, that should be enough to start a business if he doesn't already have something. He can probably do a couple more headlines at 140 against Judah or an up and comer.
