Beterbiev dropped Usyk for a second with a body shot, h wasn't badly hurt by it, and Medzhidov dropped him with a nutshot, never seen him rocked up top. As far as Gassiev goes, while I haven't seen him rocked, the fact that he was hyper cautious against Dorticos means he respected his power, but the fact that he was that cautious against Lebedev, while Denis is heavy handed, he's not quite that heavy handed. So that may signal a cause for concern.
Not that I've seen, but Usyk hasn't fought any punchers yet. Gassiev's only fought one good fighter, which was Lebdev, who can punch and Gassiev's chin held up, but he really needs to work on his defense. Gassiev started strong, but coasted off his knockdown, since when Lebdev started punching from different angles and tightened up his defense Gassiev started getting busted up later in the fight, but did just enough to get the decision. In all honesty if Usyk is as good as I think I wouldn't be surprised if he stops Gassiev late.
Briedis KO'd Charr cold, and has a 75% KO ratio, Huck 60%, Hunter 60%, Glowacki 61%, that's not too shabby. For the record I agree, I think Usyk not only could, but will stop Gassiev late.
I think in round 9 or 10 against Lebo he looked genuinely stunned for a second but shook it off almost immediately. I don't think Usyk possesses the kind of power that will test Gassers whiskers. I don't believe they are suspect anyway.
Well Lebedev confused the **** out of him with his lead hand. Lebedev controlled him quite well. But he was extremely cautious with Dorticos. Maybe Gassiev doesn't want to exert himself too much.
