The difference is that Shannon didnt hold all night. I dont think there were any real clinches in this fight. I wasnt a good fight, but Briggs was in front of him all night and wasnt fighting a scared fight. Dont get me wrong, it was a poor showing but not a cowardly one.

 

All Johnson did was lay on the ropes and not fight, he went there for a paycheck and did not go there as a game fighter. Briggs did.

 

He did worse. He laid on the ropes with his hands up all night and just fired back jabs. Briggs came to win and got battered. Queenpin disgraced an already sorry division.

Look you f4cking moron Johnson fought like a scared p4ssy by laying on the ropes for all 12th rounds in which he was defensive the whole time. Briggs atleast try. Vitali even beg for Johnson to fight in the 12th round but Johnson was too scared to take a chance.

 

Kevin johson just showed up. Thats it. Didnt make the smallest effort to win, not even a round. He simply didnt throw punches. That really pissed me off. I havent seen the briggs fight but that answers your thread question. Same happned to clottey vs pac. Just showed up thats it. Made me really mad when clottey did that but thats antoher thread

 

Don't you think it has to do with Vitali being way too active by throwing alot of punches? Briggs plan was to land 1 big shot to ko Vitali in which he never was looking for a decision win.
