What interesting things will be happening in this sport in five years? I am wondering will Mayweather and Pacquaio still fight. Also, do you think Boxing will be on more networks? Like SPIKETV for example. Hopefully, I hope we see a REVIVED American Heavyweight division. It would be cool to see fights happen in decent venues again. I mainly mean the Heavyweights by the way. Plus we can get it to be more mainstream. Another thing is we need to unify the multiple belts. It would be smart to just have one champion in each division. That way the belt will have more value. So, tell me what you think. Do you see changes like this coming into effect in 5 years?

I'm not kidding by the way, he will be. He's at this point unbeatable.

Yeah I know your not kidding. It's just boring as hell. Hopefully, we can get a Buster Douglas moment or something.

Will be hilarious if America doesn't produce another world champion heavyweight for 50 years, we will have geriatric guys on here telling us the division has been terrible for 70 years lmfao

America needs a Heavyweight now. We need that to get Boxing like it was in the 90's.

Find someone that can beat Klitschko. I absolutely hate that everyone just wants him to retire instead of passing the torch. Such a lazy mentality. Klitschko isn't hurting the heavyweight division; he's just dominating it.

I never said I wanted him to retire. All I said is I hope he loses the belt to someone younger and agile. Heavyweight Boxing is in a weak state right now.

Problem is all you have coming up is a lot of unproven prospects who don't even look as good as prospects from other parts of the world

We all know that if America goes another 50 years without a champ they will say it was a weak '70 year long" era

That someone younger is almost certainly not going to be American so it's not going to solve your problem

I like Bryant Jennings, but I sure as fck don't think he stands an ounce of a chance against Klitschko. And don't get me started on Wilder .

Still fight? They will never fight...

...and the sooner people get that through their heads and move on the better.

Sadly that is not out of the realms of possibility.

The heavyweight division has become the land of giants, and most giants are oafish buffoons like Price Wilder and Fury. They are too big to be truly agile and slick in the ring.
Wlad has too many skills and too much agility for anyone to touch him.
The heavyweights of the past were around my size 210 5'11, now that is considered a midget in the division, it will never be the way it was, Cunningham and Kovalev are considered too small now. So as long as big guys with no skills populate the division it isn't going to change.
