    Ok. lets get into Details...

Floyd Beat Unbeaten Hatton.... Pac Beat a souless Hatton..

Floyd Beat The WBC Jr.MW Champion at his weight Limit.. Pac beat a Shot to ****, Drained to 145 Oscar...

Floyd Beat the WBA Jr.MW Champion at his weight Limit,.. Pac Beat a Drained Cotto.......and Ducked Cotto at his 154 weight..

Floyd Beat a younger Marquez... Pac was KTFO by 40 year old Grandpa Marquez....

Floyd Beat Hungry Young Lion that was the Unified WBC/WBA Jr.MW champ in Canelo..; Pac is Scared of Canelo and will duck him the moment canelo calls him out

so yeah Floyd has beat the better fighters

for paq to even be considered top 5 he would have to beat canelo, floyd or GGG at 154.
no other way possible. timmie isnt half the fighter people try to claim, he has a huge heart and great will but not much anything else.

jmm is 41 yrs old and really worn out. beating him does zero, he was a fighter from a past decade

as it stands, my (and this is all that matters) is

    #1 floyd
    #2 GGG
#3 Canelo/ward/rigo can all be argued.

then the drop off is so drastic no one should even be discussing them since they are out of the top 5..

#6 - 10 are so many levels below the top 5 its a joke to consider them top 5.
jmm/sm are last decades news and neither could beat any live opponent in their current divisions

wow, i now see you're a floyd groupie.

answer me this, how is canleo a young hungry lion, but Cotto was drained? both had to come in two pounds under the limit. only difference is cotto was in his second weight class while canleo has yet to move up indicating cotto was less drained than canleo.

Pac's beats Bradley clean in April...
    Top 7 for sure.

(Rare that a 2-2 guy in his last 4 is even rated to be honest.)

    Bradley by UD tho

Canelo is a young hungry lion and Cotto was far from being a you Lion, Cotto was 154 when Floyd beat him, and Floyd beat him because Manny ducked the fight at 154...

Its hard to tell. He only has 1 good win, a tight decision vs Trout many had him losing. And if we take Floyd at his word, Saul is still undefeated due to the CW

It's all subjective, I would put him at 2,3 or 4. It depends what the other guys like Rigo or Ward do. If Bradley wins he is #2.

a win against both would be enough to take him to number 2 let alone number 1. He would have to completely dominate/KO both to move above Ward into the second spot. Remember, Floyd just moved up and beat the "beast" who he would always duck and was the JMW champ. I think Bradley is a bit overrated because he is a "just enough" fighter. he does just enough to win. you would never see him completely shut down a fighter like Floyd or dominate a fighter like Ward and Pac. Plus lets get real, JMM is old as ****ing dirt and a win over him right now does not prove much (Bradley).

I think a win over both guys would prove he has the right to be talked about being close to the top but Ward and Rigo are better right now IMO but Rigo has zero evidence to prove that he can stay close to the top.

He didn't duck him, he said hes not fighting above his 7th division, after Marg. By contrast, Floyd needs catchweights in only his 5th.

But Pac did offer Cotto 150, which Cotto demanded of Marg one fight prior so it was probably Cottos sweet spot

Wards best win is what, p4p unrated Froch in 2011? Bradley is a better win no question. Ward can't forever sit at 2 without fighting anyone, just cause he easily beat some p4p unrated dudes several years ago

    Let's go into details.

Hatton was at his weight class and was coming of a great win over Paulie.

Cotto was a better fighter in 2009 than he was in 2012

Dela Hoya came down to 147 but Pacquaio came up 2 divisions and was expected to be destroyed by Oscar (look at predictions).

Not a big Pacquaio or Floyd fan but the way some of you discredit each fighters resume is pathetic.

i never once claimed cotto was drained and i dont think for 1 second he was.
i state the facts, cotto was coming off a beating from marg and a beating from clottey with NO trainer againt paq.

talk about under prepared, that was the worst cotto that has ever stepped foot in a ring. and that includes in AM fights

Pacquiao will be number 2 behind Amir Khan when Khan schools Mayweather in September.
