50-50 for me honestly. I think Usyk's resume at Cruiser far outweighs Holyfield's, I don't even think it's that close honestly, Qawi is the only one that comprares to the top tier guys Usyk fought, the rest fall pretty short. But Holyfield obviously outdoes Usyk at Heavy, at least so far. But the question is if it compensates for that large Cruiser gap and the 2 AJ wins. Bowe I would argue is the best man on either's resume, and Tyson probably wasn't that much worse than AJ even post prison.

But I'm genuinely unsure if the rest are as good as the guys Usyk fought at cruiser. Foreman and Holmes were wonderful for their age but were they superior to Briedis ? Was Pinklon Thomas better than AJ ? Were Alex Stewart, Buster Douglas, Ray Mercer and John Ruiz better than Briedis, Gassiev, Huck and Bellew ? I actually cannot come up with an answer to that. So I'm content so far with saying they're about equal. If the Fury fight happens and Usyk wins, I might just rank him higher than Holyfield.

What about Carlos De Leon who made alot of title defences and was a 4 time Cruiserweight world champion ? That's a good name on Holyfield's resume at Cruiserweight.

Holyfield just has more quality wins than Usyk overall especially at Heavyweight, and Holyfield's wins over Bowe, Tyson, far outweigh any of Usyk's best wins.

I agree Holyfield ranks much higher, even though he lost some. Even Michael Spinks having beaten Holmes twice and his dominance at Lt. Heavyweight, and I'm not even going to mention guys like Pacquaio or Duran.

Subjective I guess. I don't exclusively, but winning Olympic gold then transitioning into a ATG pro career bolsters their ranking. The likes of Ali and RJJ(Bar the robbery) transitioning from dominant amatuer runs to dominant pro careers shows their greatness. They where kids when they dominated the olympics.

I agree on Michael Spinks he beat Marvin Johnson, Dwight Muhammad Qawi, Eddie Mustafa Muhammad, Yaqui Lopez, which is better than Usyk's Cruiserweight resume definitely.

And beating a 48-0 ATG Larry Holmes even if he was past his best, is better than a win over Anthony Joshua.

Top 5. It would culminate a remarkable career.
