Where will Wilder get the $50mil from?

We can only speculate that Wilder's team didn't see the too much value in offering high stakes in a auction just to have the decision on where the fight would be held against Povetkin.

A fight which was hardly going to have record breaking numbers whether it was held in Brooklyn or Russsia.

You do realise, regardless of that bid, Wilder was due to receive a higher purse percentage than Povetkin

This can't be compared to the contract haggling situation with Joshua and his team, who are the ''A- Side'' yet are determined to play games and offer low ball deals in hope of Wilder rejecting their contracts.

So now Wilder's profile has increased, and his name potentially being involved in one of the biggest fights of this generation, I'm sure his backers have no qualms in putting in high bids to secure the fight as this time it would mean a very lucrative deal and advantage to Wilder.

 

Did you look away when I posted the video which was uploaded yesterday which means the interview took place earlier this week, where Hearn promised Miller a fight with Joshua if he wins on Saturday?

Miller is just worried about missing out because the main talk in the media is Wilder vs Joshua, however Eddie remeasured him that he is their priority

 

or more likely because its just crap and no reason behind it at all

Joshua's fanboys are so terrified of seeing their boy get tested and beaten by Wilder, they are desperately hoping the contract is fake so Hearn has the excuse to set up fights with Miller, Povetkin and Whyte

 

That's not for us to worry about. A counter offer has been made which is what everyone wanted to happen. We should all be celebrating this.

 

It's easy - they're offering $50Mil with a 50/50 split above $100mil, but when you think about it, even if the fight makes $75mil, then they're getting 33% of the pot. This is a much better offer than Hearns' 12.5 MIL.

To top it off it's a power play by Haymon, which could sideline Hearn.

So all in all, very smart offer. Joshua should accept it, but Hearn will fight it, because he really gets nothing out of it.

 

You would think so, but the conditions and goal posts change every minute.

Now they want Wilder to release every single detail on the contract, source of income, name of sponsors, acting as if Wilder is offering them drug dealer money.

 

You're hoping that the 50 million dollar offer is fake. Where is your prof? Did Eddie confirmed to you that off is is fake?

 

Do I hope its fake? .. No. Do I doubt it's real?.. Yes.

If it's legit then I commend Wilder because I think he'll be fighting AJ for free with everyone but AJ/Hearn taking a financial loss.
