It's easy - they're offering $50Mil with a 50/50 split above $100mil, but when you think about it, even if the fight makes $75mil, then they're getting 33% of the pot. This is a much better offer than Hearns' 12.5 MIL.

To top it off it's a power play by Haymon, which could sideline Hearn.

So all in all, very smart offer. Joshua should accept it, but Hearn will fight it, because he really gets nothing out of it.

I wonder if Haymon wants options on the winner ala Don King. He may think he's buying Hearns contract with Joshua for 50m.
