Yes mansour and carnera have different styles I just don't see carnera having much more skill. When I watch carnera I see a circuits freak with no amateur experience who is not a polished boxer, very stiff and uncoordinated , doesn't have a big punch, not quick for his size, and doesn't use much of a jab

Competitive fight but I had Cunningham winning 97-90

I haven't gone crazy. It's just I've been watching a lot of film recently and I realize that fighting fundamentals technique evolved big time after 1940s...

The way those guys fought in the 20s you can't fight that style today and get away with it. There were exceptions

I also think that big man Have gotten more athletic faster better and it helps they had long extensive amatuer careers... The big men pre 1960 just don't look as good

Assuming he wins, and make no mistake, Fury is a live underdog, this solidifies an 8-10 ranking more than extends his positioning. I have him neck and neck with Holmes right now, and it makes putting him ahead of Holmes more easily defensible. I think he needs to do at least two things to make a big leap forward from where he is. He needs to at least break Louis's total title fight defense record, and preferably his consecutive defense record, and he needs to beat Wilder, or Povetkin, or whoever the WBC champ will be and be the fully unified champ. If he does those things, they'd probably happen at the same time (although consecutive fight record will take a few fights and a few years longer). If he does all that, and maybe beats Anthony Joshua along the way, or otherwise, if one of his victims becomes a semi dominant champ after he retires, then he'll have as good a claim to being GOAT as anyone.

I have him higher than 8, but I agree with the rest of this.
