I kind of enjoy that aspect. And when I put my 55 up there were only one or two changes I wanted to make by the end of the 10 page thread. But the 100 is a mamoth task, as you say. My 85-100 was soft, soft.

ill agree with the 135 part, if he would have stayed there, maybe not have skipped 140, he could be mentioned with the likes of Robinson and Jones Jr..

I'll fix your list, Sweet Pea.

    1. Ali
    2. Louis
    3. Lewis
    4. Foreman
    5. Marciano
    6. Holmes
    7. Liston
    8. Tyson
    9. Frazier
    10. Patterson

There. No charge. Glad to be of help.

I only go back 70 years or so. If I were to go back further (too difficult !) I'm sure Dempsey and Johnson would make my list.

Only ONE white man on there. Somebody accused me of favouring white fighters recently. Not sure where they got that idea. Maybe because I was commenting on the current situation at heavyweight.

Only one European (by way of Jamaica). i was also accused of delusional Euro-bias. Can't see it myself.

    But still no Shane !

The 'roids were never proven (same as Jones, Flo Roy jo Joiner and Carl Lewis).

The third sugar man is on my alltime 100 list (since 1935).

It's hard to imagine a top 100 list without him.
