    Eh. He didnt beat any ATG MW's. He didnt beat any ATG LHW and tarver cant even be said to be the best at LHW. And hes beating the best SMW at LHW, much like Floyd beat the best 140lber at 147lb.

    He would take the #1 P$P spot right now and definantly in the top 10 all time fighters ( I actually think he beat JT once and it was a draw the second) so I take that into effect.
